REACTION IN TESDA
TESDA has give to the student a providing direction and guidance. the local government units and technical-vocational institutions in the skills development of the country's human resources.they are giving a scholarship to the student.

Who can be member of Pag-IBIG Fund?

Mandatory

With the signing of Republic Act No. 7742 all SSS and GSIS members earning P4,000 and above monthly are mandatorily covered by Pag-IBIG fund.

Voluntary

Membership to the fund is also open to:

• Private and government workers earning less than P 4,000 a month but who wish to join anyway;
• Self-Employed workers such as professionals and businessmen;
• Overseas contract workers (OCW);
• Permanent residents and immigrants;
• Informal income group such as cooperative members;
• Non-working spouses.

How much is the monthly contribution?

For employees with monthly compensation (Basic+COLA) of P1,500 and less, an amount equivalent to one percent (1%) of their monthly compensation, and two percent (2%) of the monthly compensation of employees earning over P1,500.

1. Over P1,500 , an amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the monthly compensation of each covered employee.

Employers are mandated to match their employees' monthly contributions with an amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the monthly compensation of each covered employee.

For self-employed members, monthly contribution is equivalent to two percent(2%) of their monthly gross earnings.

Under the Pag-IBIG Overseas Program (POP) contribution rates are the same/parallel with local contribution rates.

The Fund offers its members the following benefits:

When can a member withdraw his savings?

Withdrawal of Pag-IBIG savings is allowed upon occurrence of any of the following :

• Membership maturity after 20 years
  • A member who signs up under RA 7742 (Pag-IBIG Universal Coverage Law) shall be allowed partial withdrawal after 10 or 15 years of continuous membership, provided he has no outstanding housing loan with the Fund.
    
• Retirement
  • at age 45 (early retirement plan)
  • at age 60 (optional retirement)
  • at age 65 (mandatory retirement)
• Permanent departure from the country.
• Permanent total physical disability/insanity.
• Termination from service by reason of health.
• Death of the member

-in case of the member's death, the Fund provides the legal heirs an additional P6,000 death benefit grant (DBG).

Pag-ibig Fund offer a "ABOT-KAMAY PABAHAY" PROGRAM and they implement the "Magaang Pabahay, Disenteng Buhay" that greatly helps to the people to have their own house because this allows to the people to borrow a money through a loans from Pag-Ibig company.It help people to survive to the calamities and circumtances that they encounter.

THE SOCIAL NETWORK SERVICE is said to be a good and friendly social networking because it allow us to connect and to interact with other people, giving them access to our friends profiles. Users also can create profiles including photos and lists of personal interests, exchange private or public messages, and join groups of friends.The social network can enterain us like different games,for example in the facebook,there is the farmtown.

I'M Romalyn penuela,16 years old, i was born on May 27, 1993, i was born n crossng gabi compostela, comval province.my faters name is Ronnie a. penuela, my mothers name is Alma a. penuela. i have have 4 brothers and 3 sisters namely:Rey anthony, paul kenneth, ralph jhon, alronfred,grace joy, joyreylyn, joanne marie,we live in sta.josefa when was in grade 2 we transfer to Tacurong city where the family of my mother live, and i continue my study there.until i grade 5, because when i got n grade 6 we receive the message of my sister that my grandfather was die, so we go here in compostela to attend the bural of my grandfather, and after hs burial my aunte decide that she will be the one to provide my needs and i continue m y study in grade 6 in tamia elementary school where my auntie teach.and days goes by i finsh my elementary in tamia.and continue my highschool in mangayon natonal high school. i have experience many memorable moment together wth my friend,and now that i graduate n high school and i contnue my college here in legacy college of compostela.
